Since it began in 2008, TranzIndia has done really well as a big company in direct selling. Now, it's stepping into its 18th year, showing how strong it is. Even when they faced tough times and people doubted them, TranzIndia kept growing steadily. Looking back on the past 17 years, the memories, Celebrations and events show how strong TranzIndia's spirit is. It's not just about doing well in business, but it's about showing how tough and determined they are. THE LAUNCH
With 4 years of great success and experience in the direct selling industry, our CMD, Mr. Mohanraj, started on February 10, 2008, with just 100 people. Although we began with a small number, we had an immense vision to achieve.
Milestone 1
We held our first-year convention at CODISSIA, Coimbatore, where we celebrated 14 new car achievers, 16 ceiling achievers, and had a gathering of 6,000 people. Our chief guest was KG groups owner Dr. G. Bakthavathsalam
Victory
The government initiated a legal inquiry into TranzIndia's office in Chennai. After a thorough examination, it was found that all legal matters were clear, and the government gave us the green light to move forward. Just 18 days later, we made a remarkable comeback by relocating to our new office, stronger than ever.
Transformation
TranzIndia went through a major change that we become a private limited company - TranzIndia Corporate Pvt Ltd. This made us to navigate the fast-paced corporate world, respond to changing market needs, and keep progressing towards success.
Megashow
This event featured an impressive gathering of 68 new car achievers who had reached remarkable milestones in our program. What made this event even more remarkable was the participation of a staggering 25,000 distributors who joined us to celebrate our shared achievements.
FDSA
TranzIndia became a founding member of the Federation of Direct Selling Association (FDSA), the leading organization representing Indian direct selling companies. In 2013, FDSA established a self-regulating 'Code of Conduct for FDSA Member Companies' to identify authentic direct selling businesses and grant them membership.
Conversion
We are making a big change in the first Indian direct selling company. Instead of selling electronic products, from 2013 we're focusing on health care products. This shift is all about helping people live healthier lives. We believe it's a great move for everyone.
Worldwide
We expanded our business to a global level under the name 'Tranz Global,' marking a significant step in our journey. The grand event took place in Bangkok, Thailand, as we set out to reach a wider international audience with our products and services.
TurningPoint
We increased the ceiling limit from 80,000 to 175,000 per week. Which marked a significant turning point for TranzIndia. This change was a game-changer, and it made our distributors very happy. It allowed them to earn more and reach new heights in their businesses, which contributed to our overall success.
Revolution
We hosted another significant event at Hindustan College, Coimbatore. The chief guest was actor Sarathkumar. We proudly announced our premium car and villa achievers in front of an audience of 12,000 people.
Record
We established an exciting partnership with Renault, a renowned car company. This collaboration led to an extraordinary achievement when we delivered a total of 75 brand-new cars in a single day. It marked a significant milestone in our journey, solidifying our position as a leader in the direct selling industry.
Digitalization
During the COVID-19 lockdown, our leaders faced significant challenges in adapting to the new work environment. However, our smartest move was transitioning our business from offline to online that allowed us to continue our operations and effectively serve our customers in the face of the pandemic's challenges.
Virtualize
In 2021, during the second lockdown, we adapted to the challenging circumstances by hosting our event virtually. This transition allowed us to connect with our distributors.
Breakthrough
We increased the maximum weekly earnings for our distributors from 1,75,000 to 2,50,000. This was a major milestone for TranzIndia, making a big impact. Our distributors were thrilled with this change, as it enabled them to earn more and achieve greater success in their businesses, contributing to our overall growth.
Wanderlust
We introduced the '100s Club,' a new program featuring a total of 7 levels. The first 3 levels include domestic tours, offering 2-day trips as rewards. The remaining 4 levels offer international trips with a 7-day tour combined with valuable training experience.
New Initiative
We embarked on a new initiative, introducing 'Swarga,' our exquisite line of diamond jewellery. We also raised the ceiling limit for 'Tranz Gold' to 50,00,000 per month, marking the launch of our super hybrid plan.
Blockbuster
We hosted another extraordinary event at Hindustan College, Coimbatore, where we had the privilege of welcoming retired police officer Kaliyamurthy as our chief guest. Before a vast audience of 20,000 attendees, we celebrated and recognized our top achievers with immense pride.
